Retail community flocks to Autumn Fair

AUTUMNFAIR-LOGO-WITH-VOLUME-SMALLThousands of British and international retailers are already pouring through doors of Autumn Fair 2015, which has opened for business today at The NEC, Birmingham.

 

With tens of thousands of new products being launched by 1,400 exhibitors – including the latest, must-have items for Christmas – the show offers the best sourcing opportunity for retailers in the second half of the year.

Already pin-pointed as hot trending products for Christmas 2015 – based on Autumn Fair web-searches from tens of thousands of visitors – are items such as the M: Tech Sky Drone (pictured), Wild West Faux Plants from Abigail Ahern, Pom Pom Poodle’s Tamara Hat, Darth Vader Light from 3DlightFX and other Star Wars memorabilia.

mtechDay one of the show will see an inspirational keynote talk given by Gandys and Orphans for Orphans founder Rob Forkan, speaking at the newly launched Business and Sourcing Direct seminar theatre in Hall 5.

British designer Abigail Ahern will share the secrets of her success from the Ecommerce Theatre in Hall 3 and another highlight of today’s show will be the BTAA Fashion Accessories Awards for 2015, due to be presented from the Fashion Accessories Catwalk in Hall 4. Celebrating the opening of Autumn Fair will be an exhibitor drinks party hosted by show organiser i2i Events Group this evening, offering great networking opportunities and the chance for everyone to unwind after a busy day on the show floor.
