Rose Tinted cards

Brand new for 2020, award-winning illustrator Rosie Brooks has created two fabulous card ranges for publisher Holy Mackerel, launching this January.

Featuring Rosie’s signature watercolour designs, “Rosie tinted” is a range of 60 C6 sized cards, full of warmth and humour, with the odd splash of wine and prosecco! Kicking off with a host of birthday and open cards, you’ll also find wedding, new home and get well cards, along with the cutest anniversary cards and lots of other occasions too.

Rosie has also created 36 beautiful little mini cards to add to Holy Mackerel’s Small Fry range of 10cm cards. This format is hugely popular, priced as an attractive little impulse buy, and the cards are a great way to say thank you or just send a few words.

London-based Rosie is an award winning illustrator, working mainly in pen and ink and watercolour. She has over a decade of experience creating illustrations for books, magazines, creative campaigns in print, broadcasting and digital media and recently won the License This! prize at Brand Licensing Europe. And she loves cooking and cocktails, as you can see from her cards!

According to Holy Mackerel Director, Katie Meeke, “Rosie’s work is a fabulous fit with Holy Mackerel, known for our bright and colourful designs, warm humour and of course our huge coverage of occasions. We’re loving working with Rosie and even as we speak we are developing a range of supercute mini Christmas cards, and also a fabulous operatic/theatre range specifically for the Heritage market. We just can’t wait for the ranges to have their first Trade Show outing at Spring Fair”

Rosie’s designs, along with the rest of Holy Mackerel’s extensive card and gift collection, be in the Holy Mackerel 2020 brochure, going out to customers at the start of the year. They will also be on the Holy Mackerel website at www-holy-mackerel.co.uk, and you can see them at Spring Fair 2020, stand 2 E20.
