Giftware giant Enesco has just completed its second full week of shipping orders and, says marketing director, Helen Cottrill: “We are delighted with the response we have received, from both our UK and European customers. We are heartened to see so many of our customers managing through this crisis and we thank them for their ongoing support.
“We are working within UK government guidelines, operating a much-reduced team across our warehouse, customer service, sales and marketing. Our offices remain closed with all un-furloughed office-based staff working from home. We ask our customers to bear with us during this time, as we seek to maximise our service to them within the above constraints.
