Cow & the moon paper co. has just released a line of mildly-sarcastic, sometimes-snarky greeting cards.
The collection offers a cheeky perspective, with congratulatory comments like “Pea. Green. With. Envy.” and wedding messages such as “Wishing you a 100 years of wedded bliss. That’s the bourbon anniversary, no?” Announcing a new baby with cow & the moon is unique with proclamations like “Just like people. Only smaller.” The line is neatly categorized into life’s occasions with one special category entitled “cards for dudes” which feature check boxes to “assist the men folk” in expressing their feelings.
The cards come in both A2 and A7 sizes and are printed on high quality, eco certified paper. Folded greetings are sold in singles while A2 flat notecards are packaged in sets of 10. They are all paired with a 100 per cent recycled envelope, in a variety of colors. The cards range in price from $4.50 – $5.00 for single cards and $10.00 for sets of 10.
“We are so excited to finally launch this new line.” Said founder and designer Kelly Linhares. “We’ve spent the last year redesigning and reinventing cow & the moon’s image, adding oodles of personality and putting more emphasis on writing copy. We’re really hoping the change is well received.”
